This is the first time I worked with Jose and it was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Expressed concern with one of the tires. Jose was helpful, pleasant and responsive. He even apologized for an employee who had apparently used foul language (I did not hear it). he also informed me that since the tire appeared fine upon inspection, if it happened again (loss of air for no apparent reason) to bring it right back to him and he would ensure it was taken care of.
