Poor ethics and frustrating buying experience. I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register the vehicle. They often refuse to return phone calls. I've been hung-up on and even yelled at by the employees. My temporary permit has expired and I still do not have information regarding status of my registration. They offered a new temporary permit, but still could not provide registration information. In summary, once you've paid, your business is no longer a priority for Elite Motors Inc. More

2013 Ford Edge Sport Even though the vehicle was at your dealership for at least 4 months the salesman would not go down in price even $300 which i was disappointed in. There were a few dings and scratches that were not shown on any of the pics or were we told about. That was a little irritating as well. The time spent at the dealership was took about 3 times as long as expected. Overall we like the vehicle so far. And our salesman Jorgen Parend was really nice and so was the finance manager.
