Took over 2 months to get someone to assist with a buyout and when at the dealership everything took an eternal time despite me going with a c again. Took over 2 months to get someone to assist with a buyout and when at the dealership everything took an eternal time despite me going with a check to buy out the car in full no financing required and providing everything that was asked of me via email or text message I still had to wait an eternity to complete this. And the dealer was literally empty not one customer on the premises. Again poor customer service skill and horrible service all together. It's shameful that these are the people / agents that are in the forefront of dealing with customers with such poor service More
