What a nightmare! A couple weeks ago I test drove a vehicle. After thinking about it I decided I wanted to make the purchase. I was texting back and forth with the salesperson who gave me a price, in writing. Long story short I spoke with someone who said he was a manager. His name was Jorden Hayes. He texted me and pretty much said you're not getting that deal. The price he offered was almost $1,000 more and he informed me that I had no option but to finance the entire vehicle through them. I was shocked by the unprofessionalism and arrogance he displayed. He called me boss , and told me that the salesperson didn't get to make the prices that management did. I have text messages from him in case he says it isn't true. I wrote a personal message to the GM more than 24 hours ago. I did that because the receptionist said he checks his emails constantly and it would be the best way to make sure he received my feedback. She gave me his email so I know I sent it to the right place. He did not even respond. I purchased more than 15 vehicles in my life and never been treated with so much disrespect. AB what's the salesperson. He was a nice guy and he tried to make it happen but when everything started to fall apart he disappeared which was disappointing. I bought the car on Aug Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg I had an awful experience purchasing a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from CDJR of Leesburg. I bought the car on August 16, 2024, and literally 5 minutes after driving off the lot, the driver’s seat stopped working. I immediately called our salesperson, Guido Marin, and Sales Manager Sammy Hawana, but they brushed it off, saying it was too late on a Friday and that I should bring the car in on Monday. When I called on Monday, August 19, 2024, I was shocked to hear that they refused to help me with the repair! The car was practically brand new, and they acted like it wasn’t their problem anymore. I also left several messages for the General Manager, Waseem Tarawneh, hoping to resolve the issue, but I never heard back from him. On top of this, Jorden Hayes, the Internet Sales Leader, seemed indifferent once the deal was done. No follow-up, no support. I’ve been left with a faulty vehicle, no help from the dealership, and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I expected much more from a reputable dealership, but I guess I was wrong. I strongly advise avoiding CDJR of Leesburg unless you want to deal with a team that disappears the moment you drive off the lot. More

I had an appointment for next week 7/20 and Rachel Elliot called me 7/14 and made me drive 2 hours on the believe that the car we had thought had sold (2019 Jeep Renegade) was magically back at the store an called me 7/14 and made me drive 2 hours on the believe that the car we had thought had sold (2019 Jeep Renegade) was magically back at the store and after asking her twice if the car was still available she twice said that it was. On the way there she texted me that the car was with a Salesman being sold at the moment and when I asked her if i should head back she responded with I don't know how far along the deal is but they are currently showing the car to a customer. When I got there the car was nowhere to be seen and Rachel surprise surprise was nowhere to be found. How could someone be so careless and uncaring to not even show their face to the person they had been lying to for 3 hours? I don't know You tell me but if you get Rachel please for the love of God get another employee, as this is one is not decent enough to help you in any remote way. Rachel, word of advice maybe try to get another job because you are most def not cut out for this one.. On the other hand Jorden and the salesman they attached us to their tried their hardest to work with her xxxx up, and did a professional job, thank again for everything you guys did. More

We ended up getting the car we wanted at a very fair price, and the journey to get there was made exceptional by the staff. Nick Harz, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His friendly and genuine approach made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Nick went above and beyond, accommodating our requests and providing helpful assistance at every turn. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. Jorden also deserves a mention for being highly responsive and great to work with. Ed was also great in showing us the extended warranty options without being pushy. The rest of the staff was very accommodating in person as well, creating a comfortable atmosphere without any pushy sales tactics. What impressed me most was the team's willingness to work through initial challenges to ensure our satisfaction (there was frustration on both of our ends, but they remained professional and worked with us).
