We purchased a vehicle at Mazda Roseville and had a very positive and pleasant experience. We located the vehicle online and from the first contact via text we were welcomed and guided through the simple pr positive and pleasant experience. Jordan was cordial, professional and transparent. We were thankful for the relaxed no haggle atmosphere and appreciated his personal demeanor. He was not invasive. Overall, the experience, through Jordan's guidance, felt more relational than confrontational. We were able to pick up the hybrid we were looking for at a very reasonable fair price. Thanks to Jordan Williams for his professional and personal sales practice. More

After leasing 1 Mazda and purchasing 3 Mazda‘s and helping 2 friends purchase their Mazdas I was ready to give up on buying another because the people changed and the feel of a family disappeared. I took our Mazda in for service recently and saw some familiar faces. I got so excited that Herbert Perdomo and Jordan Williams were back. They are the heart of the company. The car is great but there are many great cars out there. People are what make the difference. I will continue sharing our wonderful experience, not just the quality of the car but the amazing heart behind the car. We just purchased another Mazda.
