We came in unannounced and asked for a female salesperson specifically. We met Josie and were very pleased and impressed with her product knowledge and the flow and ease of the purchasing process. The whole process was completely different than what we were used too. This dealership does not add extra crap and then force you to pay for it. They offer it if you would like it. Much much better. I had my doubts going in but Josie was wonderful and kept us informed as to what’s happening. We traded in a car and went home with a new pilot in under two hours. The paperwork was only 20-30 minutes of that, the rest was us test driving and figuring out which model we wanted so very fast! Also to mention, she was able to adjust numbers right at her desk to make it work for us, no running back and forth and waiting etc etc. So much better than any other dealer in our minds. Angel came out to the lot as soon as we arrived, showed us the Ridgeline we were interested in. Sent us follow up pics and info on it. We would have liked to have him sell us a new vehicle, but also understand the separation between the two dealerships. Very much appreciated the help we got from Angel! Ended up purchasing a CRV LX from Shawn at the new car dealership. Another great experience, very knowledgeable of our products, and very helpful with teaching us the systems in our new vehicle! Shawn was very patient with us, as we had originally wanted a HRV, due to the recall on seatbelts, we upgraded to the CRV LX. Jordan in finance helped us get paperwork on HRV, then helped us navigate thru paperwork for CRV. You have a group of very talented and capable associates there at Roush. On used and new car side. As I am a retired Honda associate from the production side, it is a great comfort knowing our company is in good hands! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication in serving our customers.
