I called to see if the tow truck dropped off my car and they kept telling me the car was not there. Of course I panicked and thought the car was stolen, only to find out the car was there but they just did they kept telling me the car was not there. Of course I panicked and thought the car was stolen, only to find out the car was there but they just didn’t look for it. Then they didn’t look at my car until Thursday, even though my car was dropped off on Tuesday. Then Thursday they had to order my tire so I didn’t have my car back until Friday. They could have checked to see if the tire was in stock on Tuesday or Wednesday because they knew they would most likely have to order it. I was very disappointed. I usually have excellent service at a different Mercedes Benz location. More
