Terrible experience, dropped off my car on Saturday mourning. Service department called me Monday mourning I told them the issue. Tuesday they call back told me what they found great go ahead you’re th mourning. Service department called me Monday mourning I told them the issue. I pick up my car two days later because I’m out of the area and get about 45 mins down the road the same thing happens again. $1,200 repair bill for nothing,Stranded on the side of the road, they send me a tow truck which had no idea how to get my car on his flatbed truck. I give him a hand and he takes it bad to international motors of Milwaukee. Service then calls back a few days later figured out the issue. Great! I get up there pick up my car on Saturday mourning to find greasy finger prints all over, front fenders, steering wheel, front set, gear shifter. What a disappointment in customer service this cannot be a Mercedes dealership it is the service return that I would expect from a corner service garage not a Mercedes dealer. Very disappointed! More
