Jordan was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was personable from the start. I walked in and he made me feel very welcome, took the time to get me a water and sat down and really listened to w He was personable from the start. I walked in and he made me feel very welcome, took the time to get me a water and sat down and really listened to what I could afford and what I wanted to buy. As a young female I have been talked down to and taken advantage of in dealers and I never felt that for a second with Jordan. He spent the whole afternoon with me and I knew they were short staffed so he had to accommodate 3 other customers at the same time. Every time he got back to me quick with numbers and negotiations I felt like I was the only person in the room. He didn’t make me feel rushed, and was not pushy trying to sell me something that didn’t work for me. I had to walk out at the end because financially we couldn’t make it work for me with what I wanted. He said good luck with your search, let me know if there’s any way I can help, and that he will be on the lookout for something that could work and he will let me know if he finds anything. He even walked me towards the door knowing there was no sale and he had others waiting. All around just such a great salesman. I walked back in shortly after and he quickly welcomed me back in and sat down with me again to continue to discuss. I did end up buying the car from him and I’m so glad I did. He helped me through the whole process with a 3 month old and 2 year old along side me. So accommodating and helpful. He helped me transfer all my things over, and even grabbed my ipass for me when I forgot it and installed it into the new car without me even knowing. Incredible service, and an incredible person. I will be back in the future to buy from him and this dealer. I can’t say enough good things about Jordan. More

Always courteous. If the service you need is a time consuming fix, they offer a ride home or to the nearby mall.
