The best Dealer in Chicago I like this dealer a lot and because of them I don't consider buying a car to be a hustle. The first time I went to them was in 2005, and since then I I like this dealer a lot and because of them I don't consider buying a car to be a hustle. The first time I went to them was in 2005, and since then I've never considered going to another place regarding buying a ride. In the middle of Aug 2016 I purchased my 5th car from here (that's a lot, right), and all of the time dissatisfaction wasn't the reason that I lost the vehicles purchased from them. The staff in the facility is always friendly, there's area with flat TVs and free drinks and snacks (including coffee, tea, variety of juices, and even ice-cream) that makes you feel at home. I can't stop saying a good things about this dealership, but if you don't believe me, go pay them a visit and compare them with others. Usually everybody feels butterflies when buying a car because of so many dealership's traps and hustles, but with these guys I feel safe and I know I could trust them, and I can support my words with facts - 5 cars purchased from them (not only Hyundai cars). I live in the North-West suburbs and the bad thing about this dealership is that it's too far from me to visit them for all scheduled services. I've been to 6-7 Hyundai dealers for services and could guarantee that Napleton Hyundai is on top of the game. More
