I went with the truck because of the current market and it was the one that I wanted. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was left at a 1/4 tank of gas. What type of dealership delivers a $70,000 truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. Also, the factory winch remote was missing. I tried contacting the salesman to ask about it, but he hasn’t responded. Ram boxes and bed of the truck were pretty dirty. I honestly felt like i was just a number here. Also, thought it was weird how the salesman doesn’t follow you throughout the process. After the initial deal, he hands you off to someone else and that’s the last you see of them. Just not very personal at all. More
