A noon appt to replace a part and nothing was said after 90 minutes of waiting and when I did I was told it is a part that is difficult and will be another hour. I feel this should have been communicated so 90 minutes of waiting and when I did I was told it is a part that is difficult and will be another hour. I feel this should have been communicated so we didn’t wait 2 1/2 hours we could arranged a ride and nothing was said back. When the atlas was done there was no apology for the wait or anything. Disappointed in staff and lack of communication. More
