My wife and I have purchased six new Volkswagens from this dealership over the years. From sales to service, we have enjoyed top quality. I waited at my front door for approximately one hour before the valley arrived. when I arrived at the dealership, they apologized and said they rerouted the valet. I was frustrated waiting so long at my front door. It would have been nice to have been given a call to advise me there would be a delay in my pick up by the valet. More

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had a concern about a sound I was hearing. Jonathan was wonderful - he Acknowledged my concern and took care of it.
