I have already left a message for the owner/manager of that particular dealership and he never called me back or responded to an email. Just goes to prove my point that they are not in good dealership to work with. What kind of a manager does not respond to a customer that is not satisfied? They also responded to a previous email of mine, including their rude private conversation about me. And didn't even realize I was able to see all of the correspondence between them. Not very smart or attentive, clearly. Not to mention they were in the wrong and admitted they were wrong and still acted rude and with no follow up... They tried to hold 615 of my dollars and did not send that payment to the lease company as they were supposed to. Had I not followed up they would have never told me they had my money still for over 2 months. They are also ill informed there and give wrong information when questions arise about options on a vehicle. We had been promised multiple different things on our last vehicle that we did not receive and we still gave them a second chance with this newest vehicle. Never again. Wont even give them my service business.
