Best Customer Service Around! On 9/14/19 my husband and I stopped by McLarty Daniel Ford just to look at an Explorer and we were immediately greeted by a sales associate. We requested to be helped by Taylor Shepherd as we had always dealt with his father, Dennis, when purchasing vehicles previously. Taylor was incredibly friendly, helpful and really listened to what we were saying. Needless to say we ended up purchasing an Explorer that day even though we were just “looking”. I highly recommend this dealership- they made the buying process simple, stress free and actually fun - because buying a new vehicle should be fun!! Taylor Shepherd is an asset to this dealership and we will be back to see him the next time we need a new vehicle. More

Getting it done! Shep was great from the moment we met. We had been thru 10 visits over 6 dealerships over two days, looked at over a dozen cars, driving several, but Shep was great from the moment we met. We had been thru 10 visits over 6 dealerships over two days, looked at over a dozen cars, driving several, but it took Shep at MD Ford to get it right. We reviewed the inventory inside (hot out there!), toured the lot in a golf cart, helped us pick out some great cars to drive with several options within our range, and never pressured us. My daughter got a great first time experience in car buying. Great job Shep! More
