BUYERS BEWARE: I was quoted a vehicle at $18,297, arrived with a pre-approved 6.8% auto loan, and was then told I could either (1) accept the dealership's much higher APR or (2) buy "required" warranty packa with a pre-approved 6.8% auto loan, and was then told I could either (1) accept the dealership's much higher APR or (2) buy "required" warranty package and protection plan. This is a classic and pathetic bait-and-switch pricing model. The advertised price appears designed to get customers through the door, while the real deal depends on financing markups or costly add-ons that were never clearly disclosed upfront. The difference amounted to well over 20% of the advertised price. When I pushed back, the salesperson gaslighted to pressure me into the add-ons and acted as though I was the problem for refusing them and not coping with their scam. More

In terms of how the dealership conducts business and their purchasing process, it felt like it was a hassle to go back and forth from the bank to get a cashiers check and also the deposit that was mentioned but not labeled. Also a major disappointed was that I only receive one key and not even a master key for the vehicle purchased. I need to pay even more to go get another one made. Disappointing that the permaplate interior coverage is forced onto the purchase but the cheaper price makes up for it somewhat. More

This was my first experience buying a car and it was great! I had no issues and the process from start to finish was 2 hours long, not all day. I appreciate Jon for staying later than usual to help me with my sale experience! Echo Park is definitely different from other dealers. I love how they have a clean facility and that they are warranty-centered. More
