From "First Contact" (Kay) to "completing the mission (John)", buying my new ultra loaded spaceship (aka 2024 Outback Touring XT) was a FUN FANTASTIC adventure. But the most important crew member on the Mission was definitely AJ. All smiles and full of important facts, details, and answers -- this is your guy. He's going to listen to you before answering and he's not going to talk over you. He'll ask why / what - understand your needs - and match you to the correct Subaru. And the service does not stop until you cross the finish line :) AJ will "post finance" help you say goodbye to your beloved "old" Subie before climbing inside your new one to show you how the flight deck works in your spaceship ... er / um ...
