Have been here many times but this was our first and last purchase here. Finally agree on a price then the screw you over on financing and trying to do all the bs add one. I have a credit score in the high 800s and they tried to pull the “you don’t qualify for our preferred rate” so I already had off site financing lined up. I have had the car 4 months and we are having some issues and we have called service 3 times this week, waited forever on hold to speak to a service person, then we get they are busy, take name and number and will have them call you right back, guess what, still after a week, no phone call back.... Beware of hidden fees We were charged $1895 in hidden fees that I still don’t know what they for. I asked for a breakdown but did not get that. I feel they did not mention them on purpose and just cheated us out of that money! Not much we could do after signing the papers.
