Beyond disappointed - Less than a one star rating I wanted to let you know about my experience with your dealership, although I’m sure you are already aware. I have never ever had to chase a salesman I wanted to let you know about my experience with your dealership, although I’m sure you are already aware. I have never ever had to chase a salesman down to purchase a vehicle. After numerous text messages, all initiated by me, unanswered questions and unanswered phone calls, the bottom line is this. My first intention after driving from Alabama was to trade in my truck and purchase the 2019 Spark. However, due to the negative equity in the truck, the loan to value ratio was beyond the limits set by my credit union. I was then assured that the 2019 Buick Encore, red, with sunroof would be perfect. I never received any amounts or details even after being told that the information was sent to my credit union. After contacting the credit union, I found that the vehicle description provided was NOT the vehicle that I wanted. I was asked by your salesman to complete a credit application online. I did. I informed the salesman that it was complete and I was told that I would hear something by 3 on Friday. No response. I messaged on Saturday asking the status. I was told that he would go check. No reply back. I say all this to let you know that I was preapproved by my credit union for a minimum of 30k with the ability to raise that amount if needed. I ended up doing business with a local dealer. I may have paid more on another vehicle than the one advertised at your location, but I received prompt, attentive, professional and courteous service, as well as almost 5,000 more on the trade in. I have never dealt with anything like this before. My father will be purchasing a new truck as will my son within the next month or so and I will be looking into a vehicle for my youngest son. This is one dealership that I will NEVER ever recommend. Below a one star rating. More
