Amber did a great job scheduling and getting my services done that were needed. Reason for 4 stars on Sales is a minor snafu with some of the paper work and I had to go back a second time to resign papers. done that were needed. Sales staff let us alone after greeting us we looked over lot and found the used car and mileage we were looking for. They also didn’t abandon us after when we found a problem after a few days brought it bac lot and found the used car and mileage we were looking for. They were professional and not pushy like some dealerships can be. When I got the truck home to Maine I took it to be inspected and two out of the four tires fail our state inspection criteria. When I called Tim’s they sent me a check for the cost of the two tires. I am very satisfied with my experience there. More
