It took a dream team to make our Porsche dream come true and this was the case with the amazing crew at Porsche Riverside. First off, Sherman Sims, our passionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales represe and this was the case with the amazing crew at Porsche Riverside. First off, Sherman Sims, our passionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales representative was so committed to making the new 718 GT4 a reality for my wife and I, that it felt literally like we were in this together and it meant as much to him as it did to us to get the this awesome car into our garage. Sherman truly is the best! Next up is GM Jonathan Kienle who approached this deal with a positive, proactive, take charge attitude with an eye toward cutting through the bull with the end goal of having a lifetime customer, not a "one and done" situation. In my opinion, Jonathan's approach should be the standard for the automotive industry. SM Ed Finley and finance guru Adam Avilos round out the roster of tremendous professionals at Porsche Riverside and every time we look at our dream car, we realize it was a team effort. I don't really know who Walter is from Walter's automotive group, but Walter should know this is a crown jewel in his car kingdom and you now have a lifetime Porsche customer even though this one lives 2 hours away. Tony Nguyen handled long distance sale very well 5*s! I was searching for a very late model 911 Cabriolet in non-specific but somewhat different color combination and very(!) low miles. To complicate thi I was searching for a very late model 911 Cabriolet in non-specific but somewhat different color combination and very(!) low miles. To complicate things I had a like new '13 MB SL550 to trade. I noticed the very well put together ad from Porsche of Riverside, CA and the fact they had a nice selection of late model certified cars. I found a couple I was interested in and emailed the store detailing my proposed deal with trade-in. Tony Nguyen called promptly and was very helpful by asking all the right questions but not wasting time either. We discussed the values of the two cars and were able to settle on a trading difference that was what I was looking for and we agreed the deal. Tony Nguyen then handled everything very smoothly with a car carrier picking up my SL550 and returning a the following day with my '2020 Carrera S Cab with 2K miles now in my garage. Everything was handled perfectly and the paperwork all in order as agreed and the deal done to my satisfaction. I cannot praise Tony Nguyen highly enough nor Walter's Porsche owner Steve Kienle either. All in a very good experience for me and I love my new Porsche 911 Carrera S. Tom More
