As a first time customer at Tasca Hyundia I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of everyone that I dealt with. I drove there on Friday morning with a check engine light o impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of everyone that I dealt with. I drove there on Friday morning with a check engine light on and spoke with Ashley in service. She acknowledged my problem and made an appointment for me on Monday morning also letting me know it would be ok to drive there vehicle till Monday. Upon arriving on Monday I was by Jon - he greeted me and welcomed me to the dealership. He proceeded to do the paperwork necessary to get my vehicle repaired. He then walked me down to the waiting room and assured me he would keep me informed as to the progress of the work being done. After a reasonable amount of time Jon came to the waiting room and room and informed me the work was completed but they would need a few more minutes to wash and clean my vehicle ( to my surprise). It’s refreshing to find a dealership that shows that old fashioned quality and concern for a first time customer soon to be a long term customer as I plan to make them my dealership for the care of my Hyundia Santa Fe Sport. More
