I want to start out with I almost lost out on a great deal being stubborn. First I must start out with Jon Gjonpali! If it wasn’t for him I would have went somewhere else but his gently demeanor and not deal being stubborn. First I must start out with Jon Gjonpali! He never pressured me into taking something I wasn’t comfortable with and made great recommendations for my personal and family needs. The finance manager worked with me we made a phenomenal deal! She was very fair and we made 2 deals that day on my 21 trade in and my new vehicle. I went looking for a civic and left in a brand new Ridgeline. The combination of the female finance manager and Jon was /is the reason I walked away with a new vehicle. Again if it wasn’t for Jon Gjonpali I would not have returned and made a great decision.
