Please provide all info regarding repairs. Don't assume that we know what services were performed. If the car is brought in with a problem, advise what the problem was and what steps were take Don't assume that we know what services were performed. We pick up our car and are handed the keys and a receipt with no additional info. I DID take the time to ask what was what, but we shouldn't have to ask. Other than that, service was pretty good. Gotta love a Helpful Honda Guy/Gal. Also, I did NOT deal with Jojo this time; however, I purchased my car from him a couple of years ago . He was great. The financier, that I dealt with after that did not explain any warranty or free services that were available to me. As a result, I missed out on on free oil changes and such, paying out of pocket to an outside repair shop. -*I read my contract and there was nothing noted either* Most of the emphasis was put on the add-ons to the contract, ie: the vehicle tracker that I do not use. The CARR or whatever... that is all. I do not recall the name of my service rep for this last transaction, also. 😊 I DID enjoy the experience of being able to get serviced at the dealer. Thank you.
