I called in to make an appointment, and from there. everything was just such a smooth transition. Jojo made the entire process quick and painless, and his patience was awesome. Jojo showed me various models and explained specs of each and what would work best for my needs. After thinking I had found my choice, I changed my mind again and decided on a different model - and despite that, the process was seamless from start to finish. All I had to do was show up and sign. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating, and handled all matters professionally. Follow through was on point as well.
