Lot’s of cars at good prices. Get an independent check. 1. I test drove multiple cars. 2. Test driving one Hyundai there was intermittent heavy vibration traced to a tire or rim. 3. The test drive of the Kia I purchased was fine but my independent mechanic looked at the car and found two scalloped rear tires likely caused by misalignment. My mechanic also found a burned out map light.HGreg replaced the tires and light but I am unsure about the alignment. 4. Until car final preparation No-one knew or informed me that there was no storage for a spare as this car has run flat tires. 5. My independent inspection revealed the right front bumper was repainted and color was slightly off. 6. The bussiness/finance team is great. 7. The insurance agent is great. 7. The porters/car prep folks are terrific. In conclusion: Great selection of well priced cars, good to very good staff, Car Fax really helps. Get an independent checkout before buying. More

Buyers beware I went to H-Greg to buy a Volkswagen TDI. They had one listed for the low price of 9,000. After looking over the car I realized this car had been re-p I went to H-Greg to buy a Volkswagen TDI. They had one listed for the low price of 9,000. After looking over the car I realized this car had been re-painted. It didn’t match the color of the other black VW of same year. They acknowledged it was repainted. This vehicle was marked as “excellent condition”. That aside I asked to see another vehicle, they said check out this TDI FOR 9,500... I walk around it, it looks great. I test drive it, say I’ll take it. They said yes sir boss. Wait for half an hour and they say unfortunately we had the car listed wrong. I said the price is on the car in big bold letters, I want it for that price.. they said sir this car is listed at 15,500. long story short after being screwed twice that day they were still trying to sell me a car, saying hey man I have a family to feed what wheels can I put you in. We had put a 1,000 hold on the car we were told 9,500 but was actually 15,500. I have been fighting for three days now to get my deposit back on a car that actually wasn’t for sale for it’s listing price. BUYERS BEWARE. They lie, lots of cars are damaged that have clean Carfax. Lots of cars from Miami too which is shady in itself. Hope this helps someone. Get a used car from Toyota, Volkswagen or Honda. They guarantee their sales and often have warranties. Friendly Courteous Employees; need better communication I was very satisfied with the courteous and friendly employees that helped me. Justin worked with me the first day I was there and made my decision t I was very satisfied with the courteous and friendly employees that helped me. Justin worked with me the first day I was there and made my decision to purchase the car an easy one. Johny was helpful in working with me through the paperwork and assisted me with all my finance questions. However, my experience wasn’t always a pleasant one I tried to call Justin the next day to check on the tires that were promised me and I kept on getting sent to an extension and immediately put on hold. After going through this twice I called back and was told by someone that a manager would call me back. After waiting about two hours I called back and finally was able to talk to Tommy Hung. He was understanding and said he would look into this the following morning. The next day I was able to get a hold of Tommy. He found out the tire size was never written on the paperwork and the service dept did not pursue the size and so this is why I had to wait again another day for them to order the tires and then mount them. I appreciate Tommy calling me back as I was emailed a couple times by Johny who CC: several people that a sales manager would call me back and no one ever did. Tommy was the only person that went out of his way to help me when I couldnt get a hold of anyone. I would highly recommend HGREG look into making sure that if a sale is pending and the initial sales rep is off the next day that that person make sure any items that needed to be ordered or any issues that needed to be followed up on were given to another sales rep to ensure there are no delays in the process. Overall, I am very happy with my new car and I would still recommend anyone to purchase a car from them. More
