I worked in sales (AT&T) for years and always admire a salesman that knows his craft. We also worked with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and polite. The whole experience at Audi Cary was an unexpectedly pleasant one as neither my wife or I were looking forward to a day of haggling at multiple dealers. Because of the great service we received we aborted plans to "shop" the other 3 places we planned to visit.
