They will tell you lies to sell a car I shopped for a used car at Superior. The one i tentatively decided on still had to go through inspection. they finished the inspection, and were ki I shopped for a used car at Superior. The one i tentatively decided on still had to go through inspection. they finished the inspection, and were kind enough to put new brakes and tires on the vehicle. They told me the inspection was done and everything looked good. After driving the car for one day, it was very obvious there were suspension problems. It was my own fault for not insisting to see the inspection results before buying it. So I emailed the salesman and asked him what the inspection had said about the suspension. He admitted he never saw the inspection either, that the bushings needed replaced and they would give me a discount. I said no, you will do it for free. I paid $800+ over blue book (figuring in an extra 20% since they are a dealer). I would not have done that knowing the shocks were not working. Anyhow, the supposed repair of the bushings fixed nothing. I went back to them and they never responded. I don’t think they actually did any repair at all. If they did they for sure never drove it out of the shop. It bangs and squeaks so loud that people can hear me coming for blocks. I’m not sure how we didn’t notice this on the test drive...but we didn’t. More
