The deal was very fair and I left happy with the purchase. Then I realized there was a problem with the touch screen. They invited me right back in and attempted to resolve the issue. Turned out it was determined a new part was needed. They turned me over to the service department who was phenomenal to work with. They were responsive, when the part came in they called me, I made an appointment, and the problem was solved. I've already recommended these guys to a family member. More

I started looking for a new F-150 6 months before my current lease was going to end. I was way over my mileage and didn’t know what to do. After speaking with John Vlahkis, and Barry Pollack they advised me to hang on a little while longer because of my remaining payments. With that advice I left the dealership wondering what I was going to do. It turned out to be the best thing for me. Their advice was spot on. I placed a call to the GSM Joe Lepore. Joe was aware of my current situation with my truck and assured me he would do everything he could do to help. After a few days of talking, Joe came back to me with a solution I couldn’t pass up. It got me out of my truck and into a brand new XLT with a manageable payment. This process was a bit stressful because of the money I owed for the mileage, but in the end it all worked out. Joe Lepore was amazing to deal with for the negotiation to the delivery by Mark LaMonica. Mark was extremely knowledgeable with the features my truck has. He was also very kind salesman and didn’t sway me one way or another. I couldn’t have asked for a better duo. Joe and Anthony are amazing to deal with if your looking for a Ford.
