We had originally gone to the dealership hoping to purchase a different vehicle, only to find out that it had been sold the night before. After exploring what was available, we ultimately decided on a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. While it wasn’t the vehicle we originally had our hearts set on, it ended up being a great fit for our family, and we are very pleased with both the vehicle and the service we received. John was patient, helpful, and never made us feel pressured while we considered our options.
