This was the 2nd car I bought from John Vang, and it won't be the last. I'm so impressed with the "homework" he did to show me a vehicle that is well-suited to my needs! He's Mr No-Pressure, and he list won't be the last. I'm so impressed with the "homework" he did to show me a vehicle that is well-suited to my needs! From the moment we arrived, John—our salesman—made the process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. His honest guidance and friendly approach made a big decision feel easy and comfortable. Before we left, Leonard, the sales manager, came out to personally greet us and thank us. That small gesture really stood out—it showed how much the team values their customers and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new Odyssey and deeply appreciate the outstanding service from both John and Leonard.
