They explain things clearly and I've never felt like any repair or work was being pushed on me. I really can't recall ever having a bad service experience. John Vang has been my sales person for 5 vehicles and is great to work with. He has gotten to know what I'm looking for and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. John was especially helpful as we started looking for used cars for the kids. I don't even think about shopping around at other dealerships. More

He immediately jumped to action and had a list of all available vehicles and was ready to answer all our questions. We were able to find a great little car for her, got financed (at a great rate), and drove it off the lot within a couple of hours.
