From my first call until today it is absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was very specific about the technology features, color, and interior I wanted. I was also interested in a hybrid, but I didn't know if that would be a good choice for me. John Timmons quickly won my confidence because he was knowledgeable the Avalon, and genuinely interested in advising me, so I could make a good decision. Key Points: - Usually when I go in to actually purchase the car, after many hours of negotiation, it takes hours. There is tons of paperwork to sign and discuss. John had everything ready when I arrived. My paper work was completed in minutes, not hours. -John Timmons spent about two hours, with me, in the car, explaining the many new technology and safety features. He didn't stop until I was informed about Apple Play, Entune 3, new safety features, and all of my questions had been answered.. -John Timmons assured me that he would still be there for me after I left the dealership.I have him on speed dial and he responds quickly to assist me with whatever question or concern I have. I want to purchase all of my future cars with John Timmons! I live several hours away from Four Stars Toyota.
