They informed us of all the numbers and broke every single detail within detail down for us. Ive never been to a dealership and not felt pressured or annoyed I cant say that about Auto Fanatics. I felt welcomed,cool and calm the whole entire time. At about 12:30 we even went and got lunch as soon as we got back Earl was back with us within 10 minutes. At auto Fanatics I can 100% guaranty you wont experience any of that normal dealership shady business and they are 100% open and honest about any detail you want and any question you have. As a first-time buyer without a co-signer, I expected to feel pressured into buying a car, especially based on my experiences at other dealerships. Instead, everyone I dealt with was honest, straightforward, and actually had my best interest in mind. Mo, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and never made me feel pressured or rushed. John, the GM, and AJ, the finance manager, were also very honest and transparent throughout the entire conversation. Rather than trying to sell me a car just to make a sale, they gave me genuine advice and recommended that I wait a few months to build my credit since I didn’t have a co-signer. They explained that waiting could put me in a much better position when I’m ready to purchase. That honestly meant a lot to me. I never felt like I was being hustled or treated like just another sale, which is how I’ve felt at other dealerships. They were willing to tell me what was actually best for my situation, even if that meant I didn’t buy a car that day. Huge thank you to John, AJ, and Mo for being so honest, respectful, and helpful.
