My husband and I walked into Concordville Subaru without an appointment but very much hoping to leave with a new car. Our current 2015 Forrester (bought a few years ago at a different dealership) had multip an appointment but very much hoping to leave with a new car. Our current 2015 Forrester (bought a few years ago at a different dealership) had multiple issues and we didn't want to keep putting money into it. John Shields helped us sort out the trade-in and ensured that we left with a brand new Subaru Outback - exactly what we were looking for. We couldn't recommend John or Concordville Subaru more. More

Everyone I personally dealt with in Sales/Finance were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Finance was even able to work my deal to be approved with Subaru Finance and lower my interest rate by more then half. Overall very happy with my experience and plan to bring my vehicle to them for maintenance/service, so time will tell how service is and will update once used and can give an accurate review/assessment. In closing I will add that after my experience with a different Subaru Dealers service department I did not have much faith left in Subaru at all however Concordville Subaru has restored my faith in the brand and I look forward to another 20 years of Subaru ownership. Thank you Concordville Subaru! More

To start, the dealer office gave me a very good impression. It was big and clean. Of course the price tag is reasonable. I worked with John Shields on a 2019 used car purchase recently. My purchase was a very easy transaction. I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me abou I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me about a Legacy that was scheduled to come in shortly and I went home that night and thought about it. I liked the color and the features included. I called up the next day and put a down payment on that vehicle. It came in the following week. When I picked it up, the salesman showed me the features and how to use them. He took his time with me and was very courteous and informative. Also, the financing went very smoothly. I am very happy with the experience, and will recommend Concordville Subaru and the salesman, John, to my friends and coworkers. I love my new Legacy! More
