I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

Hands down, Mr. Shaw gives phenomenal customer service. I know that when i take my car in for service, i can trust what he is telling me and know he's not just trying to make a dollar. I also have friends t know that when i take my car in for service, i can trust what he is telling me and know he's not just trying to make a dollar. I also have friends that go to this dealership and refuse to see anyone other than Mr. Shaw. This says volumes about him. I recommend him often as i know he will take care of everyone i send to him. It is also very refreshing to see someone that truly loves his job as Mr. Shaw does. I hope that his supervisor recognizes him as the outstanding employee he is and treats him accordingly. If i were in their business, i would do everything in my power to make sure he worked for me. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. It is truly deserved. More

I went in with no appointment and was serviced nonetheless. Not only was that apprecaited but they had some work stations available with phones, internet etc...which allowed me to get a good amou nonetheless. John Shaw did everything exactly as he promised. I also liked the opportunity to speak and see the actual problem with the mechanic as well. I have been a customer of Crown Acura for 10 years. I went to them this morning to begin the process to look for a new to me car. John Shaw has been my service person for 10 years. He has always taken went to them this morning to begin the process to look for a new to me car. John Shaw has been my service person for 10 years. He has always taken excellent car of me over the 10 year relationship. He referred me to Chris. Chris was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his discussions about the relative value of a new versus a certified, low mileage used car. I told him what my criteria were and he met them. I am extremely pleased with the deal and the car, a TSX with nav with ~ 7800 miles in the color I wanted. He easily instilled confidence in me. Kevin made the financing easy and quick and was very helpful in his advice re options. Larry took the time to come over and speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. Although my initial intention was to begin the search, I am pleased that I was able to get what I wanted with the dealer I trust. More

John has gone above and beyond every time I have gone in for service. He has been extremely friendly and accomodating since my very first visit and I didn't even purchase my vehicle at his location. I own a 2003 Acura, bought it from Crown Acura in Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw really "stepped up to the plate" to assist in getting it repaired in a short period of time and assisted in the paperwork to keep my costs reasonable. One could not find a better Service Department then the one supported by Crown Acura and the fine Service Writers. More

First, my salesman, Chris Duncanson is a true professional who knows how to treat people. He totally understands my needs and then applies his expertize to make them materialize. He's fair and treats you makes you feel truly appreciated. It always a pleasure dealing with Chris, and you know you'll get a the best deal possible with him. I left elated over my latest purchase. The closing was handled by Sue Ellen Rumple. She makes a very complicated process very easy. She is easy to deal with and takes through the paperwork with expertize and confidence. The other reason I keep coming back to Crown Acura is John Shaw, in the service dept. John is a true professional who cares about you and your car. I have never brought any of my autos anywhere but to Crown Acura. I know my car has been serviced by the best and it gives you a feeling of confidence when you drive your auto.
