Was in for routine maintenance today. John Shaw has been my service advisor for about 20 years. I received the same excellent service today that I get every time. John always explains everything to me, ne my service advisor for about 20 years. I received the same excellent service today that I get every time. John always explains everything to me, never pushes me to do service before it is needed, and always looks to see if there are discounts that apply to my bill. Their waiting area is always clean and has great hot chocolate. More

John Shaw was as usual fantastic! Have had John for several years with my first RDX. Brought in my new 2021 RDX for its 2mos “Pit Stop” check up. John was right there to greet me and review the servic several years with my first RDX. Brought in my new 2021 RDX for its 2mos “Pit Stop” check up.
