Really poor presentation of financials, and a lack of transparency in how they are presented that seems intentional. Fear based sales tactics to steer the customer towards solutions that were outside of transparency in how they are presented that seems intentional. Found my car online at Honda North, they went and picked it up for me. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Johnny answered all of my questions and I was already approved through my bank so financing was s it up for me. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and everything was clean and well-organized. They worked with me to find the right car within my budget, and the financing process was smooth and straightforward. I really appreciated how transparent they were—no surprises, just honest communication. Overall, it was a stress-free and positive car-buying experience.
