He spent extra time with me and when my wife accompanied my on one visit was very professional with us trying to undersand our needs and offering options. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that John suggested to me. The Del dealership handled the transaction with speed and efficiency. Paperwork was done quickly, and they got me in the car in short order. Brian explained all the functions of the vehicle and media options while Joe handled my paperwork promptly. This is the fourth Toyota I've purchased from Del, and I keep returning because of the people and processes they have. I'm a very happy customer. More
