Very bad experience with the service dept and the service writer. Very rude and basically laughed at me when I questioned a charge for what should have been a very quick warranty item. But they like to point to anything aftermarket that gives them a remedy to egregiously charge you for something that should have been covered by warranty. I’m afraid to bring my truck back because maybe this time the tinted windows will get me another huge bill. Stay away . No common courtesy or common sence More
