Truthful, helpful, and very professional dealership. They helped me and didn't take advantage of me when I needed help getting out of a previous contract with another less reputable dealership. Had zero issue with Mike Lilis or any sales reps we met during buying process. Your service team appears to cut corners and not care about safety of people buying vehicles from you. Replaced tires on vehic during buying process. Your service team appears to cut corners and not care about safety of people buying vehicles from you. Replaced tires on vehicle to meet inspection codes. The spare tire was left on vehicle and would have been safety hazard as was entirely different size and tread type. Spent all day getting O2 sensor replaced. Ordered wrong part twice and still not fixed. Have grinding from replaced brakes. They don't hear it nor even tried to fix. My local mechanic heard it while I was driving up to his shop so is not a mysterious sound that only a woman would hear. Feel as though they are doing bare minimum to meet 30 day warranty provided in sale and pushing things off so not responsible to replace. More
