Atlantic Honda, Best car buying experience ever!! My experience at Atlantic Honda was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. I had the pleasure to work with Rich Alessi (GM), Brianna Ra My experience at Atlantic Honda was excellent from the minute I walked through the door. I had the pleasure to work with Rich Alessi (GM), Brianna Ray (sales), John Marshall (sales), Charles Zheng (Finance) and finally Kris Hernandez (Service). I can not say enough good things about them. Mr. Alessi made a point to come and introduce himself to my wife, children and myself. He went as far as occupying my children while I was working with Brianna and John. Brianna and John are top notch, no pressure, no BS sales. I had issues and anxiety over returning my current Town and Country Lease to a third party Bank (US BANK), but Brianna explained what I needed to do and put my mind at ease. John Marshall was awesome and very knowledgable about the 2016 Odyssey we purchased. I then had the pleasure to work with Charles Zheng at finance where there was no pressure to buy this, or that, he was very professional and helpful in closing the deal. After picking up the car we experienced a slight electrical problem and had to return to the dealership. Everyone at Atlantic, from Mr. Alessi, to Brianna, to John, to the service department were very quick and happy to help. Mr. Alessi personally took control of the situation to ensure that my wife would have her new Odyssey to show everyone on Easter Sunday. They went out of their way to fix a problem that originated from the factory. I had the pleasure to be helped by service advisor Kris Hernandez. When I had to bring the car back in on the Saturday afternoon before Easter she made sure she did everything in her power to help. Mr. Alessi and Kris both worked to get me a loaner for the rest of the day so that my Odyssey could be fixed. Three hours later I was contacted by Kris, my car was fixed, washed, and ready to go. She even stayed after her shift to make sure she could deliver my car back in person. Overall I could not be more impressed with the entire staff at Atlantic. They are professional, honest and stand by their customers. The showroom is immaculate, the service area is immaculate and the staff are awesome from upper management to the personnel that clean the cars. Anthony Scionti Ronkonkoma NY More
