Mine was an extremely pleasant experience. The three individuals that l had direct contact with were John Lucas,Scott Scarsella and Michael Malone. John Lucas responded to an inquiry that l made over my phone.He always kept in touch and he made it very easy for me to decide on my ‘dream’ car. Scott was able to get me a better rate than my own bank offered me. A special ‘thank you’ to Michael Malone.Imagine having to deal with a senior citizen who is convinced that the car she just bought is not working properly. Michael listened and right away figured out what the problem was. The owner of the vehicle was instructed how to correct the problem BUT after many days and several attempts to resolve the issue,Michael sent a replacement car from Scotia to Poughkeepsie with a view to having the ‘problem’ car taken back to Scotia to be repaired. The driver took one look at the customer’s car ,went over and slammed the hood shut and the car worked like a charm.NATURALLY you would expect Michael to be livid at this stage since this this was what he suggested at the beginning, right? Wrong.He just said they were always there to help. This story is true. I was the one who caused all that problem.Although the poor driver had to drive back to Scotia in the rain, she was not angry either. He knew my car’s technology very well and explained everything to me with a smile on his face even though I complained a little about having to have someone explain my car to me. I genuinely hope I didn’t offend him because he is a very kind kid. Carli helped me out in John’s absence when I went in to pick up my new car and she was just another exceedingly pleasant person.
