Jose the delivery specialist made sure I knew everything I needed to know and more about the car I got. He didn't leave me until I was comfortable with everything he had told me. My salesmen Mark Ellis was the best I have ever had. He made this process the most smooth and headache free thing. He explained and worked with me on every process we had to go through and made sure I was comfortable with every decision I was making.He even checked up on me every week to give me updates on where my car was in production. Lastly the finance manager John Lucas stepped up to the plate and helped me feel comfortable in my final decisions I had to make to, to make this deal final. I recently just purchased my second used car from Mohawk Honda, and it was a great experience, just like it was the first time. My salesman Jake Hewitt was incredibly helpful and made sure to find a car tha Honda, and it was a great experience, just like it was the first time. It was awesome to have the salesman from my first visit (John Lucas) assist in crunching some numbers for my second car purchase. Adan showed me how everything worked in my new car, and made the experience so fun. I am a visual learner and he took his time to show me how everything worked. Brian Rae in finance was great, he explained everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork went through as quickly as possible because I wanted the car ASAP (I test drove and took the car home in the same day). While I was waiting for the paperwork to go through there was live music, and staff members kept asking if I needed anything to eat or drink, and it was just a really great customer service experience. I will always go to Mohawk Honda as the customer service is exceptional. More
