They also rhino lined them. Turns out that Hyline coats their liners to keep them shiny and the rhino liner peeled off. Luckily John Louks is friends with the guys at Hyline so a quick call figured that out and he re-did the rhino lining free of charge. They also fixed a more worrying issue that was causing "death wobble" because the tire-rods and balljoints were shot, and that was all covered under the extended warranty. We only use Adams whenever we do need dealer service. I learned my lesson trying to go to other places and having bad work done that always ended up having to go to Adams to fix anyway. More

Reliable dealership with outstanding service department. I have purchased 2 Jeep's at Adams. The first was a Jeep Liberty 2004 which my grandson still drives. Second was a Jeep Cherokee 2014. They have worked me into their schedule if needed, told me what to do when I panicked because my dog locked itself into my car with the key inside, etc. They are honest and I still depend on them to help me if needed. Victor is the Man! I visit Adams Jeep frequently to take care of all of my Jeep needs. Victor was incredible to work with and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient on test drives, personable, and did his best to find what I was looking for on the lot. Victor was incredibly "down to Earth", I never felt pressured, and when he didn't know the answer to any questions that I had, he went and found someone that did know the answer. In addition to this, John Loucks (from the services department) also spent time with me explaining warranties, extra features on my newly purchased vehicle, and provided additional information to help me feel comfortable with the sale. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle (especially a Jeep!) to visit this dealership.
