Fixed problems caused by faulty repair at another dealership Correctly diagnosed how prior replacement of a headlight bulb in my Jeep Grand Cherokee had been done improperly by another dealership, and how as a r Correctly diagnosed how prior replacement of a headlight bulb in my Jeep Grand Cherokee had been done improperly by another dealership, and how as a result water damage to the replaced bulb and ballast had been caused, creating numerous error codes and possible damage to the TIPM and headlight assembly itself. Was quite accommodating in fitting my car into the Adams repair schedule, and completed the repair as fast as possible. Car now operating fine, although there are possible other components damaged by the prior faulty headlight bulb replacement. Also identified additional non-critical repairs that my car will soon need. More

Best Jeep/Mopar Service Center Around Adams Jeep never falls short of providing great customer service and quality repairs. The service center is not in my domicile, but it’s worth taking Adams Jeep never falls short of providing great customer service and quality repairs. The service center is not in my domicile, but it’s worth taking my Jeep there vs another Mopar servicer. I’ve had bad experiences with Mopar service centers in DE and my hometown. The first time I took my Jeep to Adams, I was dealing with a major safety concern. Adams Jeep was the only shop out of 4!!!!! to get to the root of the problem while others brushed it off. Lastly, I found the pricing to be fair as many in this industry tend to get over on those that know very little about cars. More

I called up Adams Jeep at 7 in the morning even though they open at 7:30 and someone pick up the phone and I told them that I was going on a trip at 8 I called up Adams Jeep at 7 in the morning even though they open at 7:30 and someone pick up the phone and I told them that I was going on a trip at 8:30 in the morning and I was wondering if I could get an oil change done. they had me in and out within 30 minutes with a tire rotation and oil change on my Grand Cherokee. John, David, Galen and Danny are a fantastic team in service department. I will definitely be back in the futurethis is the most professional service department in Harford county. More
