Great Service My jeep needed "emergency"service. It was taken to Adams for service which I was originally told could take 2-3 days to get in the shop. It was taken My jeep needed "emergency"service. It was taken to Adams for service which I was originally told could take 2-3 days to get in the shop. It was taken in and repaired in 2 days. The nature of the repair was from a recall. When that was fixed and some codes in the computer removed my jeeps runs "great". I would recommend Adams service to anyone looking for a trust worthy shop to work on their vehicles More

The mechanics noticed oil in my TIPM box and then splattered all over The staff here is always fantastic! Brought my jeep in for electrical problems. The mechanics noticed oil in my TIPM box and then splattered all over the top of my engine. They documented the findings with pictures and videos which was key in me being able to pursue a claim with Valvoline who changed the oil just prior to the problems starting. They also met with the Valvoline rep to review the damaged equipment. Awesome all around, always above and beyond with service! More

I brought it in and they showed me what had happen. It was disconnected and the lug nut was on backwards. They fixed and made adjustments. They said no charge. We take care of our vets. I’m a vet. So that was a real surprise and welcome news. It’s where I bought it. They built it. They maintain it. Best around. Highly recommend them More
