Service reps wasn’t listen to the issues I needed to address with my car, felt the need to try and man explain what I was say, the. He attempt to blow me off by trying to rush me to my original service, who knew what my concerns were. I told him when he approached my car the service person I need to speak with. I’ve never encountered this in all my years bringing my car I. For service.

John Kaoralius is the service representative I normally deal, Justin is the representative who was condescending and brushing me off is it my opinion, and what I was saying, in regards to my car, didn’t matter.
