I took the car for a test drive on Thurs afternoon then came to an agreement on the price. I came back today to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork and the process was quick and easy. I had asked Jake about a military discount on Thurs and when I showed up today Jake surprised me with a USN front license plate for my new mini. That was the sweetest kindest gesture that he didn't have to do. It was a very happy unexpected surprise. He also thanked me for my service. Jake even stayed a little bit past closing to go over all the new features on my new car with me. He wasn't in a hurry to rush thru this process because it was closing time. I will definitely be recommending Jake specifically to all my friends and co- workers. John in finance was very friendly and helpful with the check out. He explained all the paperwork very well. Otto's has done a great job of streamlining the car buying process since the covid crisis started last year. More

Raheem treated us like royalty, was so organized, answered all of our questions, and felt as excited as we were as he methodically made sure our experience was PERFECT before we left. What a pleasure to work with! We were not even planning to purchase a car but he wasn’t pushy and just let us relax - he knew that the car would sell itself and it did! But I have to say our FAVORITE part was walking in to our own private bay inside and getting to fill out paperwork with John (who was such a pleasure!) right next to our new car, what a cool experience, not to mention our letter on the plaque, what a nice touch! Post COVID Car Buying - Painless! We were intending to buy a new car for my husband just as COVID hit. With no one going anywhere, the need took a back seat.
