This was our third car purchase but first one from West Metro and first one we made long-distance. We live in Colorado, so the entire transaction was via phone and email, after finding the vehicle via the Metro and first one we made long-distance. We live in Colorado, so the entire transaction was via phone and email, after finding the vehicle via their website. We never felt rushed or pressured like we have in the past, with other dealers while shopping in-person. From the time my wife found the car to the day it was delivered was about 5 weeks, due to the dealer's patience as we worked through the long-distance commitment process, but once the deal was done, the car was at our house within ~2 days. Jake was our primary POC throughout the process and worked well with both my wife and I, including handling additional paperwork I requested to submit specifically required by Colorado. No surprises once the car arrived. It was just as pictured on the website. We would feel comfortable making another long-distance deal with West Metro and Jake. More
